Our property features a 1923 craftsman, single-story house with extensive additions, structures and renovations made in the 1960s and 1990s. After asking locally about Hub City Construction and seeing some of their completed work, we hired these guys to do a full-gut renovation on a small apartment inside our pool house located just behind our main house. One of HCC's major strengths is the renovation of older homes, which was the primary reason behind our decision to hire them. Finding a contractor who is not only comfortable with but also adept at renovating existing structures is difficult in our area where most other contractors prefer new or newer construction only.
